Average stay at this hotel with decent cleanliness and very convenient location near the railway station. Room was comfortable enough for a short trip, though facilities are fairly basic. Easy access to public transport makes it suitable for business or quick city visits

The room is spacious enough for two and generally okay, but cleanliness needs improvement. I noticed cockroaches in the bathroom, and the floor and the chair were dusty. Parking is available for RM7 per night. With better cleaning, this place could be very comfortable. Overall the service okay..

First time stayed at this hotel 3 years ago. Decided to re-book this hotel, and everything was still up to par. The price was well suited with the service provided, available amenities and location of the hotel (near to train stations, local attractions, restaurants and convenience store all less than 10 mins of walking). The check in and check out process of the hotel was very smooth & excellent. Had an extra request for a nice view, and i was provided exactly that! Will definitely repeat.

The management of this hotel is the worse, completely incompetent and unwelcoming, the manager in particular is racist with a cheap attitude ... service is terrible ... and the unfrienliness of many of the security agents at the front door, not all but many. And they changed the blanket for me because it was filthy !!! Overall I don't recommend staying in this very dirty and ugly cheap hotel ..

It’s my second stay at the hotel. It’s located in the center of KL city. Price is reasonable. Paid parking service is provided for RM7/day. RM50 deposit at the counter when checking in. I hope the hotel can change the whole bed sheet frequently, instead of just the outer cover sheet. I can see yellowish spot inside the bed sheet. And I hope the hotel can do pest control service as well, I can see bugs on the door and floor during my stay. Overall, if you are under a budget, this hotel is a good choice for you.
