Strategic location of the hotel,the hotel conditions quiet concerning but still the cleanliness are good except a few amenities are not much good.However,the room was comfortable for families.Just lack of housekeepers work as the delay in cleaning for the room before check in.Overall,I’m satisfied to deal with the hotel management because of the good interaction and nice service.

There’s many cockroaches in the family room and there’s no cleaning service too. I hope they will get this sorted out soon.

One of the worst experience. Out of 5 nights staying there, they made up the room only once! Hotel has no lift. Pity the owner, the power supply did not cut off even if we remove the access card.

Everything else is ok.. Just need to prepare a mat for prayer in the room for the use of Muslim people 😃. Whatever service is very satisfactory 👍

first time staying at this hotel,
The following is my dissatisfaction
1. Dirty and smelly toilets
2. a dirty pillow
3. Aircond that doesn't work until the room feels hot
4. when the receptionist called to please check, the receptionist acted as if he was the owner of the hotel and did not even check my complaint
