Transit this hotel one night before going to another place. This hotel is the best budget price for a sleepover... There is a simple breakfast available...

Overall, it feels good.
The sanitation is good. The bed sheets are comfortable. The facilities are complete but a little old.
The location is a few kilometers away from KLsentral and close to the Petronas Twin Towers. It costs more than 10 Malaysian ringgits by taxi.
Breakfast is included, but it is just breakfast. Don't expect anything.
Deposit and tax are not collected. Maybe the room I booked includes tax.
There are also several food and convenience stores around.
There is a subway, but it is better to take a taxi in Kuala Lumpur. The taxi price is cheap.

Overall is good except for the location which is not well lit at night, people hanging about near the convenience stores at the back that can make you feel unsafe. Safer to take taxi straight to hotel lobby. Otherwise this is excellent hotel for the price we got
