They cancelled my booking a very last minute that i have to look for another hotel which expensive and not at the location that i want..Regarding my refund til not settle yet

Terrible experience. Host phone not in service.. Booking already confirmed but the place not ready to check in.. Please take a action to settle this problem.

The hotel is located in a mall, the suite was on the 21st floor, quite clean, the wifi works well, the water is very hot, the beds are not very comfortable, there is a very large swimming pool on the 15th floor. in the mall there is a seven/eleven open 24 hours a day
