good! and clean. overall is nice ! you should give it a try for this budget hotel which is pocket friendly and doesn't need to pay a deposit ! it is just that the location is not strategic which the lrt or mrt is far away from the hotel and you need to find a grab which is expensive.

- Area near Kuala Lumpur Hospital Beach and Kerinchi LRT. The hotel area with no parking makes it a little difficult for customers.
2. Service
- No issues on service. However, the hotel reception area is not very tidy.
3.Cleanliness
-The sheets and towels are not clean and the quality is quite poor. The room area is dusty and less clean.
4. Amenities
-No cleaning equipment. Can be considered with an overnight payment rate.
Overall, other facilities may be improved from time to time such as the provision of small-sized mineral water bottles and changing new sheets and towels.
