Overall the hotel and room was good, but the worst the lift can't function and room didn't provide hair dryer

Generally is good. Room is clean and comfort. Location wise at the middle of petaling street. access to food is easy. Train station is within walking distance, approximate 10-12mins. During my stay, the elevator was breakdown. i had to carry my lugage to climb to 3rd floor.

Abit disappointed.
The elevator doesn't work, you have to climb the stairs.
The restaurant in the hotel is out of service.
The hotel's internet signal is very poor. Fortunately, the reception staff and the boss Ms. Loh were very responsible in arranging other rooms for me.

This hotel looks nice from the outside. No lifts and no info given to the customers. If you are young. Its ok. They do have a good concept though.

The hotel was decent for 2 days unfortunately the lift is broken dunno long its been broken or whether it will be fixed but it will be a struggle especially with heavy suitcase its noisy during the day because of the market below
