Very easy to assess to monorail, Bukit Bintang and KLCC. Has a restaurant beside the hotel ( prices are reasonable ) . It’s not bad to stay here if your expectation was not high . Only a bit noisy.

Very near to Kl tower and Petronas tower. This is my second time to stay in this hotel

Great location. There is also a fancy restaurent in the compound. The rooms are a bit old but enjoyable although there is no bidet shower in the toilet. No fridge in the room. The AC's flaps are broken and removed. Electric Kettle was provided upon request. No complimentary coffee or tea in the room. The internet was down one night and when I told the staff at the reception about it, his response after asking me to turn on/off the wifi on my devices is to just wait until his boss returns to solve the issue because he knows nothing about it. Good thing the internet was back after 20-30 minutes. The other staff members are ok.

Room was clean. Friendly staff. Express check in. Easy access to Bukit Bintang. Walking distance. Stayed so many times here. Definitely will come again every time in KL. Love this place.

The hotel is very close to the Pavillion, the famous Damascus shawerma, a bar street area with many restaurants, too, and just about 50m from Raja Chulan Monorail station, room and bathroom are spacious and tidy and the management at the front desk very friendly and helpful e.g. with storing the luggage before and after checking in/out. Water heater is a bit outdated but worked well. Only negative thing is the noise from the ventilation of the building next door. Fortunately it was switched of about 10:30pm , but also started early again next morning.

Room is quite old style. Bed is rather hard. Booked this accommodation on last minute as needed a place to stay for the night and other hotels in the vicinity are fully booked.

This hotel not rocomanded..it's a very budjett hotel..so if u don't mind..u can book it

i have booked this hotel for my colleque who has a business trip at KL. This hotel got no TV, no other things like mineral water and so on, But for you who need only a place to sleep, it's ok. to get food is also dificult.

Everything is great, location, gym swimming pool and staff very friendly

The location is good for restaurants,shops .It’s located in downtown area ( 10-15 minutes walk to the twin towers ) However, I didn’t like the service and the noise coming from outside .I had to wake up several times because the cleaners or whatever they are talk loudly in the morning (7 am) .I don’t recommend it

Very noisy place, place location on interaction hard to sleep.

the people who work at the hotel have a hard time communicating with us because they don't understand English so we hardly understand each other. the distance of the appearance in the displayed ads compared to the reality of the rooms.
