My husband and I stayed at the hotel for three days and two nights to celebrate our Christmas. The overall experience was pleasant, though we regret that the pillows in the room were too high, which made sleeping less comfortable. As vegetarians, we also found the vegetarian breakfast buffet options somewhat limited. We would love to see more plant-based choices added to the menu and breakfast buffet in the future. That said, the hotel staff were consistently friendly and courteous. We would certainly consider staying here again given the opportunity.

After a long search, I chose this hotel. I booked a suite, and check-in was on the 50th floor. I was very satisfied with the environment and service, and there were complimentary afternoon teas at different times.
I stayed in room 3922, and my biggest complaint was that a whole building blocked the view from the floor-to-ceiling window, which was extremely unpleasant. The front desk said all suites face this direction, so there was nothing they could do 🤦♂️. Also, the room cleaning was very sloppy; the tables weren't wiped, my clothes and socks were left untouched, and the shower hose in the bathroom was fixed and couldn't be removed. The string lights in the living room were too low, making it uncomfortable to walk underneath. The water pressure in the sink was also incredibly low 😂.
It was truly an unpleasant stay, and I won't be staying here again.
Aside from the issues mentioned above, everything else was fine.
The location was okay, within walking distance, but it's best to avoid taxis due to terrible traffic.

The room itself was exceptionally clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The breakfast was excellent, and honestly, everything about the stay was the best experience imaginable. There's truly nothing to ask for, and I definitely plan to revisit in the future.

All the facilities were great, but it’s a pity that we couldn’t get a room with a view of the Twin Towers. The front desk staff said that rooms with two double beds do not face the Twin Towers.
