The concierge at the bottom floor is non-existent, you'd have to take the lift to the floor of the swimming pool to check in, handled by the staff of the cafe.
Everything else was alright.

Very spacious unit for 6 people, and beautiful view to KL cityscapes, surrounded by greenery. Easy access to eateries

The main advantage of this hotel is its location. Of the minuses, there is no reception on the first floor, we arrived early in the morning, everything was closed, we wanted to arrange an early check-in, but there was no one to discuss it with. Only at 9 am it turned out that we needed to go up to the 10th floor and there we could arrange accommodation. There is no announcement about this anywhere, keep that in mind. The room matches the photo, but there are a lot of ants.
