Hitel in center city , china town , restaurants and shops very close, in mean door have seven eleven , staff helpful exactly sameera.

The room was really dirty. There was visible stain everywhere especially on the carpet and the wall. The bathroom is not that clean. They did not provide any amenities like toothpaste or toothbrush. The room for 3 people was small. You can heard noises from other room esp at midnight. The only good thing about this is they have luggage storage and is the middle of many tourists places also there is 7/11 next to it.

I have been traveling for 30 years - this hotel and experience was the worst ever
filthy hotel, blood stains on the carpet both old and fresh
dirty sheets
poor poor response from staff
we left it was so bad even though we had paid for 3 nights

location is right across petaling street and in the hearts of chinatown so v convenient. alot food etc but there's quite a number of homeless people in the area. must take grab back because we dont feel very safe walking as 2 girls... the bed sheets also not v clean....

the room is clean, no weird smell and toilet also clean, but some amenities in toilet are broken.
comfortable to stay even for 3D1N. the room also big even booked for twins bed.
the location is very strategic, with lot of restaurants or food stations, because near to pasar seni, bukit bintang, and others KL locations. i just walking to go to nearby places to find food or sight-seeing some places.
the only problem is the car park system. before checkout i forgot to verify my TNG card to the receiptionist, even paid rm10 for 1N and it took my money almost rm40 lol. then i cannot request for the refund when i ask receptionist to refund. just my bad day i guest. hopefully can improve about these matter because guests somehow can forgot to verify before going out.
Overall will stay again if visit to KL tq
