1.攜程上寫的酒店名稱與門店的實際名稱完全不一樣，導致到了根本找不到酒店。
2.酒店根本沒有前台，要看自助入住，而攜程上不做絲毫説明，導致顧客到了根本不知如何辦手續。
3.酒店門口兩個保安連攜程上寫的英文酒店名都不認識
4.好不容易按預訂單聯繫上了酒店的人，對方説馬上過來對接辦手續，但過了遲遲20分鐘沒人來。酒店的人讓我在2號的大堂等他，後來來了，卻非要我去1號大堂去找他。
5.酒店電梯刷卡的地方非常隱蔽，導致進了電梯半天到不了樓層。
6.進了房間，卻怎麼也開不了電源，熱得一身汗，打電話給給我鑰匙的酒店負責人Abaz,對方不耐煩地説牆上有總開關，要我自己找，但那個總開關標誌非常不明顯，很難找到。
7.馬來其他酒店都有拖鞋和國際電源插孔，這家酒店什麼也沒有，也沒有電源轉換器可以借。完全沒有服務。
8.在房間堅持了不到二十分鐘後，我忍無可忍地向酒店負責人Abaz微信裏提出酒店服務太爛，我要求退房退訂，並要求酒店退還我預付的三天房費，酒店負責人Abaz非常惡劣，口頭説還了鑰匙就退還我的房費。我要求他打字確認退還房費，可Abaz堅決不肯。衹是一個勁地反覆不停要求我交還鑰匙。我離開房間，在29樓樓道跟Abaz派來取鑰匙的服務員提出請他們聯繫酒店管理人，確認退房費，可是很久沒人理會。
9.對顧客拍照威脅：後來Abaz來到我在的樓層過道，對我拍照，威脅説馬上報警，讓警察來抓我。我堅持要求確認退房費。Abaz就非常不耐煩地打通了他們另一個會説中文的同事周小姐的電話，我在電話裏説明衹要確認退房費，我馬上交鑰匙，周小姐電話裏明確説我先交鑰匙，她一定會隨後跟攜程確認退房費，於是我交了鑰匙。
10.一再出爾反爾：隔天攜程反饋酒店拒絕 退房費，因為Abaz不同意。我打通了訂房單上的電話，找周小姐詢問，周小姐在電話裏聽我描述了整個過程後，在電話裏再次向我確認她會向攜程確認退房費。可是事後攜程再次致電，周小姐否認答應退房費。
11.玩失蹤：我再次撥打預訂單上的電話，聯繫周小姐，可是聯繫單上的兩個號碼都變成了語音信箱，再也 無人接聽。
