I just loved the location first, but then the cleanliness just make me sure to come back. The staff are very friendly and polite and lots of food around, a landromat and RapidKL right next door. Easy to come to or from KLIA as well. And Nu Sentral mall can be accessed through a lift right outside the hotel door. Just plain excellent for the money, really worth it!

I've stayed at this hotel countless times since 2015 for work and personal trips. The hotel staff are friendly and accommodating. The rooms are decent for the price that you pay. Always clean. The aircon works well. The location is the best as it is close to public transportation so you feel safe even if you come back late. I don't mind a bit of noise as it is close to the monorail and road - small issue. For this trip I came a bit early as I had a morning flight. I could check in hours earlier (probably due to the hotel not being full) and check out a bit later. Overall, no complaints and I'd stay here again.

Perfect location for getting to the airport easily. Nice breakfast at the Indian next door (included). Room was fine for what we needed so we would stay again if we have an early flight.

床單很臟，躺在上面還身上發癢，酒店價格搞那麼高，房子還這麼小，放個行李箱都沒地站人，馬桶蓋拉不上去，真的差，酒店裡還一股很刺鼻的香水味，唯一的好處就是離中央車站近，坐地鐵方便，附近都是印度區，一股臭腳丫子的咖喱味
