truly love the aesthetic of the hotel and the room, especially the amenities. +1 for the bidet but wished there were hooks in the toilet as I had no place to hang my dirty clothes/towels whilst showering. the service during check-in and check-out can be improved where possible. location-wise, it is about 10 mins walk away from TRX and 15 mins from Pavilion - if those are the places you’d like to check out. else, Grab is easily available - thou be warned, the drivers might miss the entrance as it is really a mini driveway.

I confirmed on Ctrip that I needed a high floor and a quiet room, but when I finally arrived, there might be no rooms available. They said they couldn't accommodate high floors. 👌 Then I asked not to have the last room or a quiet room. Later, I was directly assigned a room near the last room and the road. I could hear the obvious sound of motorcycles in the middle of the night. The water in the hotel swimming pool was also hard to describe.

As a typical millenial I saw a review of the Hotel on Tiktok. And thought to myself this looks mighty fine. It was indeed mighty fine! The rooms had a perfect size. The bathroom was big and spacious. Enough space for our luggage and very clean.
The included breakfast was also really good.
The staff was very friendly. Informed us in advance of the power outs happening.
All in all we were more than happy with our stay at the hotel.
