The hotel has a great location, a couple of minutes walk from Bukit Bintan metro station. All the main attractions of the city are within walking distance, within 30 minutes. The rooms are clean, there is a little foreign smell, but it is not very annoying. On the top floor there is a refreshing pool.

Adam, was the best concierge person ever. Overall, the rest of the staffs are amazing, very excellent in keeping the hotel at high standard. All room comes with a JBL Horizon speaker which has feature of alarm clock. And i was welcomed with a free drink and also a welcome snack. Contains peanut but delicious. And not to forget, the complimentary beverages in the fridge. I checked in at 3.30pm and there were complimentary daily refreshment thing til 5pm. I was extremely satisfied with the amount i paid for the stay over at The KL Journal Hotel. Highly recommended! Will come back for a longer stay there to do a travel content soon!

The location of this hotel is perfect, similar to the feeling of being in Xinjiekou, Nanjing. The business district is just downstairs. It is also very lively at night. It is very convenient to go anywhere by subway.
