Aircond is cold, water heater is hot. Clean sheets. No smell. Definitely worth it! Will come again later.

The room lot of mosquito…cannot sleep properly..the room don't have remote to use tv also

Location is fantastic, very near ICC Pudu. Parking is free but limited. Room size is ok but the toilet is stained very badly. Room is filled with cigarettes smell eventhough it is a non-smoking room. Probably the housekeeping staffs are smoking. No LRT nearby, but got public bus.

Hotel staff are friendly. It was a rainy day when we arrived at the hotel , but there is no roof top covered area for drop off. The room is quite small. Ants on the table , even though we didn’t put any food on top of it Hair dryer just work few second and it auto turn off , wait another few minutes and it will let you use another few seconds Hotel provided 2 pillows only , but we request another 2 again. Facial tissue is not prepared until we request for that. Cleanliness is just just so so .. should have improve that. Few of the room lights did not work well until we ask to change it.

Good, clean n room is big. Easy to excess town n many food around there.

As usual, my family always makes this hotel the first choice to stay when they are in KL. They prefer this hotel because the rooms are neat and clean.

This is second time I stay in this hotel. Quite good. Good location if having wedding dinner at Bukit Bintang area. Affordable price and good location. Keep it up!

Very difficult to find the hotel. A bit inside. Lots of Chinese restaurants nearby. More of a Chinese Hotel. All most all the guest where Chinese.

Overall everything is ok. Good receptionist. It is just the location a bit far from Bukit Bintang and it's hard to get a halal food nearby.
