MPalace Hotel KL Reviews

It was my third time in this hotel. The hotel is very good. Super clean and the location is perfect to go to anywhere. In my opinion it's located in downtown. I think it's a cultural problem that people love to go out to the corridor and talk, and also throwing the door and they don't care anything, my last day in the hotel some people were talking loudly and it was very annoying because it was midnight. I called to reception and nobody answered. Also pity that hotel doesn't have a restaurant, it will be amazing if they have Thanks MPalace I have good time...

Hot water is not working, the windows are leaking, the ceiling paint drops. Not really worth that money 😥😥

Room was clean, bed was comfy and near to lrt station many restaurant nearby.

Room - clean, lights, tv, air conditioner, water heater (all in good conditions), pillow so good but need to add another one. Lift - clean and in good conditions. Staffs - good, especially one of maintenance guy who greet me to make sure everythings ok. Parking - can park nearby (private/paid parking) or take grab or public transport because they do not have enough parking because the limited hotel space. Reception/lobby - clean, lot of seat so you can seat while waiting. Gym - i just read the notice in my room. They just have gym in the hotel at level 3 but need to ask for assistant first. Overall for this hotel really satisfied as per location and price. But I do not know if later the price rise up and become not worthy for your penny.

Parking very limited. U have to park another place near swiss hotel. It cost me rm37.20 for a day. Plus, I think hotel staff should be more friendly n welcoming. Smile lebih sikit would be better for your clients.

The hotel lobby at level 2 look nice n cozy. The room is so clean, love it and the location of the hotel also strategic, easy access to the LRT station.

The room is spacious and clean however they don't provide any slippers to walk in the room and there's no window so sunlight doesn't come.

Very dissatisfied regarding parking area.. only has small space for carpark that fit only 6-7cars only.. they suggest to park at another area which is far from hotel and need to pay.. park there and was charged almost rm30/night..

The hotel is nice. 7 min walking distance to the metro. There are several shops and Indian restaurants nearby and a convenient store at the street corner. There’s a local Indian market behind the hotel. Sogo, the department store, is around 10-15 min walking distance which has a lot of shops and food u can find. 2 bottles of water are provided daily. It has toothbrushes and toilet amenities. The hotel is clean and nice. The staff was very friendly too. I like this hotel and the price is good.

Very Nice and strategic..located just near Masjid India.Night Market is a Must visit in malaysia and its just right behind.

The hotel is located along Jalan Tunku Abdul Rahman and it just 6 mins walk from SOGO. The hotel lobby is at level 2 and we have booked 2 twin rooms. Our rooms are at the good sides because the window view is facing Jalan TAR and we can see Jakel Mall at the back. There are two lifts available and breakfast is provided with RM15 charge per person. The room is clean and toilet is spacious with good water pressure. The ironing facilities are provided at every floor at a corner of the floor, it is not known unless you are staying in front of the ironing area. The parking is limited but free of charge (up to 4 cars at a time in front of the building). Overall, it was a good stay since we can have multiple shopping trips in a day since it is surrounded by the shops.

Awesome second time repeat!

The floor in the room beside a bed was sticky 😭 and have a dirt on bed and pillow cover maybe it not change.Hopefully this hotel improves their cleanliness .but I love the view from my hotel
