Starus Hotel Bukit Bintang

This time get very rude and unhelpful receptionist a fat lady wear black coat . Hotel deposit also not consistent this not my first time stay here !!!

The room was dark, even with just the bedside lamp, it wasn't bright enough. The floor and sheets were a bit dirty, and there was no towel for wiping the feet. The location was okay, but traffic was a bit congested.

The place is pretty clean and the location is good. Walkable distance to a lot of malls and there is a night market nearby. But there was one morning I went to ask for bottled water from front desk, they say they don't have any and inform me that they will give it later. When I come back to my room in the evening, there is still no bottled water as requested. No floor mat to place outside the toilet as well. Only 2 towels that don't looked properly washed.

Fantastic strategic location! You can easily reach the subway, monorail, shopping malls, and plenty of local eateries, especially the famous Jalan Alor Food Street within a quick 10–20 minute walk or commute. Calculated to give you a great stay, the room itself is spacious and clean, and the bed is so comfortable that we struggled to get out of it in the morning. The only minor drawback is that the room lighting feels a bit too dim once all the curtains are closed. A bit more ambient or brighter lighting would be a great upgrade. Overall, a wonderful place to stay and I would definitely recommend!

Right in the heart of Bukit Bintang beside the Ah Lor night market food street and near to the pub street. Very convenient and near to the MRT and LRT stations

Good for driving which need car park. Very good location for public Transport like MRT & monorail. Nearby a lot of shopping centres and restaurants

Overall the stay was pleasant. Service staff were friendly and helpful. Location was good and facilities were in good working condition. Only concern was the night club on the 5th floor of the hotel where customers use the same lifts as the hotel guests.

Good location with plenty of food options right at the door steps. The room is nice and clean. 10mins walk to Lot10 & Pavilion malls, 1.2km to KLCC Sound proof is lagging and 5min walk to a night market. hear next door talking, using the power socket and music from nearby bars around 10pm- 12pm. Overall still a good place to stay.

everythings near jalan alor, less than 5 mins walk to jalan alor, but the lift a bit slow
