房間冷氣足夠，浴室水壓夠大，温度夠，大樓接近雙子塔，步行約20分鐘可以到達，附近都是高級酒店，食肆比較國際化，較少本地食肆。
訂房時沒有提及以下事項：
1. 接待處是沒有人幫忙給予匙卡，需自行聯絡屋主，再發訊息給屋主索取取房卡及入住安排事項。
2. 再要步行約3分鐘到另一大廈信箱收取及歸還鎖匙，得不方便。
3. 使用泳池及健身室，要每人付20馬幣。
4. 訂位時，註明退房時間為08:00-12:00，但屋主發訊息要求10:00 前要退房，10:00後退要額外收費。
房間維護一般，大門防盜鏈斷掉，兩個坐廁廁板鬆脫，廚房水龍頭鬆動；其中一個浴室內花灑頭不見了（通知了屋主，約半小時左右，有工作人員過來安裝了）。浴室有不少污漬，見到有蚊蟲，衛生有待改善。

Please stay away from this place. No refund nothing for this matter. Have to go to another residence to pick up the room key. Room has a pet as you see in the photo.

The procedure to get the key to the suite was complicated and it is not clear early enough (when still having WLAN) where to go to. It took us 1h to find out.
The suite itself is less exclusive than in the pictures but in walking minutes to Petronas towers.

The host of this property is quite rude and his communication is poor. The key pick up process is complicated with you having to go to another building to collect keys and the key box shares keys with other rental properties which makes it very confusing.
The view is amazing and the apartment is spacious and beds are comfortable.
However the bathrooms are the real let down. There is a lot of mould and the glass shower screens are very dirty. My husband wanted to move to another place because of the uncleanliness of the bathrooms.
Note the gym and pool are an extra cost of MYR20 pp each.
Overall a fairly good location.

if you want to stay downtown and this would be the best place. Also the place has great view of KL tower and Petronas Tower which is a plus factor in looking for a place. The property is cleaned and well equipped which makes our stay pleasant and convenient
