The lobby smelled bad, when I got there at 1 in the morning they said there were no rooms available and the air conditioner was broken. Even though it was booked at 9pm. We were from Kedah at that time. Book for short transit. Last2 book another hotel and trip.com refund back

Its a budjet hotel what can you expect? But its too horrible. I can find other hotels the same price but better rooms & service.Sheer bed sheets you can see all the stains & hairs on the bed. My body was itching .Dirty beds ,smelly room,noisy surrondings. I have to book another hotel because not comfortable at all. I requested for refund it took 4 days until today 17/12/22 have no news from Trip.com :(

Just for budget, you can't expect much. Inside of room there're 3 cockroaches...And if you continually living, they won't clean your room daily.. But this price I have to say it's ok.
