There is a convenience store nearby, but you can go anywhere with Grab, and the pool view is the best ever. The condition of the facilities is also very good. I will consider this accommodation next time

The hotel is nice, the room we had it was at the residence. Around 65 m. Floor 11.
You can enjoy the noisy cars all the night and day. I believe the windows don’t isolate the noise very good.
The gym close at 10.00 pm… and if you want to leave your luggage for couple of hours after you check out you have to pay… they give you one key per room, even if you are 2 people in the room they don’t care… you need the key to access the elevator, the supermarket, the gym, the hotel during the night (the reception is close). So, if your have a problem during the night there is a 24 hours telephone to call.
The hotel is ok, but the fact of not giving you a key per person or to be able to leave the luggage for 2 hours at no cost… these things make me think this is not a great place to be back.

the view is nice, facing the stadium. The staff are very helpful. The apartment is clean and tidy, provided with shampoo, soap. It's really suitable for family.

#negative #I was disappointed with the Cleanliness, Location, Service, Amenities; It is very abominable to falsely accuse guests of spending money in order to deposit money. This is a moral issue and an insult! I had a flight at around 8 o'clock the next day and was leaving at around 4 o'clock in the morning. When I checked in, I paid an additional MYR 60 and a deposit of MYR 300. After checking into the hotel in the evening, we discussed work matters with my Malay friends. I washed up, packed my luggage and rested at 11:30 at night. I came down to check out at around 4:10 the next morning, but there was no staff to check out, only a security guard. He gave me a phone number, and after communication, he asked me to check out at Write a bank number on the deposit slip and transfer it to me after it is confirmed. After I finished writing it, my Malay friend happened to arrive at the hotel. I told him about it and he gave me 300 first because We were afraid that we would need to use ringgit to go to the airport, have breakfast, etc. Then he would help me check out and give the deposit to my friend. Finally, after my friend dropped me off at the airport, he went back to handle the refund of the deposit. The hotel actually said that we had consumed food in the room and took a photo of the opened potato chips and left them in their original place after eating. Who is to say? After I ate something, I left the box in its original place, and since I paid a deposit, if I ate any food, I asked my friend to give me 300, and finally asked him to return it. Isn’t this ridiculous? Who would cheat his friends for this little money? I can guarantee with my personality that we did not consume food in the house. This is a false accusation and an insult. I will not accept any personal responsibility to make up for it. What I need is the truth and an apology.
