Late delivery of room. Poor customer service without timely response. Many suite unit's feature look aging. Got some mis-representation of ads on trip.com.

the location was very convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The amenities were good and everything worked well. Overall, a pleasant experience and would stay here again!

Like first of all, we wanted to put our stuff at the area, they say can, then last last cannot.
Second of all, check in time at 3pm but 330pm baru can check in because previous guest check out late so they still cleaning the room.
And now they didn't check twice or THRICE then come to blame us saying we didn't put in the key

When I arrived for the 3 PM check-in, the room was still being cleaned. The next day, for check-out, I had to return the key to the mailbox. The guard wouldn't even let me park for five minutes and told me to park on the main road.

everything just nice, but the sofa abit yuek....and the wall at entrance mirror there seem like they didnt do cleaning job properly alot of 'dirt' on it...
