I stay there every month. The service attitude is super good. The luggage storage service for regular passengers can be stored until the next check-in. As a frequent business traveler, I am very satisfied.

Overall I’m really satisfied with my stay at Four Points. Staff were friendly, rooms were exceptionally clean. Walking distance to Petaling street and Central Market.
Plus point: Great view of Merdeka 118 from our room!

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Petaling Street, and there are many eateries right outside. It gets really lively at night. The only downside is there's only one small 7-Eleven nearby, so the selection of items isn't that great.

We got the room at top floor with twin beds. Initially we were sceptical that twin beds will be small and me and my wife will have to sleep separately. But after seeing twin beds, they were quite big.. more like 2 queen sized beds. View from our room was awesome. One thing I want to appreciate about hotel is they have clear policy of no single use plastic, water bottles were glass, even in sanitary items, toothpaste was in paper pouch.. cool to see such initiative.

Excellent location, almost directly across from Kwai Chai Hong and very close to Merdeka Square. Petaling Street, however, isn't recommended. The hygiene standards are high, service is on point, and the breakfast quality is very good! Great value for money, definitely worth a stay.

Generally the location and the hotel service and amentities live up to the Marriot branding.
The main plus point i booked this hotel was the twin room type i booked was ideal for us as family of 2 with 2 children and their bed configuration was ideal as it was 2 individual beds that was almost comparable to 2 semi-double bed (think was 1.3m wide & was bigger than usual hotels)
Mainly areas of improvement is the bathroom -
1. Overall bathroom was showing its age and required maintenance.
2. Shower head spray was leaking hence it affected the pressure of the water.
3. Sliding glass need more maintainence too as it making some noise when trying to slide.
4. As the bathroom door was sliding wooden door, i also panicked when im almost self-locked inside as the lock fail to dislodge due to aged door that might have misaligned from the track/door latch catch. I use force to align back the door panel to be able to free myself up.

Having stayed at many hotels in Kuala Lumpur, this one offers good value for money. It's located right next to Chinatown, the rooms are clean, and breakfast includes both Western and Chinese options. However, there are also breakfast choices downstairs, so you have alternatives. I'd advise against wandering around after 10 PM, as the area can be a bit sketchy at night.

Loved this hotel for it's great location in Chinatown, so many food options around the area
Train station is within 5 min walk, easy to get to Bukit Bintang, TRX, KLCC, KL Sentral. Highly recommend to all!
