The room wasn't cleaned! There were still clothes from previous guests in the wardrobe, and under the bed was full of rubbish and water bottles – absolutely terrible! The air conditioning couldn't be adjusted, and the room was tiny. Definitely not coming back.

The facilities are really dilapidated, which is truly disheartening. I'm not intentionally giving a low rating, but many massage chairs are broken, and numerous features are completely out of order and unusable 🥲. I'll try to switch to a different room tomorrow.

My five-day stay here was alright; I had enough time and opportunities to experience the hotel's daily routine and services. Overall, it was pretty average. There's a Tropical Bak Kut Teh restaurant on the ground floor.

I used to stay at this hotel a few times for my travelling in KL. This is due to it's cheaper price compared to the other budget hotels. Once you enter the room, sometimes you will found the cockroaches in the room so you can guess how the cleanliness are. This is recommended for a short stay only like for one or 2 days is fine but if you are someone who cannot tolerate with the cockroaches in the room, you better go and book another hotel because it is cheap for a reason. 😏 You will found the stains on the bedsheets and on the wall as well. 😌 As i used to stay here a few times, i thought they will improve about their rooms' cleanliness but it seems not much changes.

Check time was 2 pm so we was waiting from 12 as we have luggage and 2:30 they was saying still the room is cleaning we waited over then check in time, they doesn’t care about it that they are not maintaining time, they are not co operative and the hotel room doesn’t have proper amenities, overall very bad experience

The staff was very polite but most of them didn't pay good attention to the guests request. I've been here for 3 days but they didn't charge my room service.

Unhygienic and foul-smelling bed sheets, towels. It's a very old building. There was constant itching from here. That's why I was scared to come to the hotel room. Advance payment was taken. That's why I couldn't cancel. The money burned with my travels. 😭

From the moment I stepped into the hotel, it was unpleasant. It's advertised as a relatively new hotel, but it was terribly dirty right from the entrance.
The beds were broken and creaky, paint was peeling off the walls, and there's a school right under the windows, so you can hear children screaming.
There's no housekeeping; you have to ask for it.
