The price/performance ratio is quite high. It is not far from Independence Square, Parkson, and Alor Street. There is also a bar street nearby, which is very lively at night. The only drawback is the hot water...it is still yellow water after a long time.

1) Worst hotel staff attitude especially the Indian guy that is overseeing the parking. My car was being blocked by hotel' van but yet I was the one who got scolded.
2)The actual room is also not the same as the photos.
3)the shampoo was not refilled when we checked into the room, and we couldn't get refilled even asked
4)Price for parking is Rm 20 per day
