Property is located near the lift, amazing views, decent facilities. But no amenities like coffee, tea etc provided, barely there utensils. Water leaking in faucets, tv channels next to none, a/c not so cold anymore, shiwer water draining all over toilet floor. Phone number listed is wrong & so non-responsive.

The Eastern Suites of BTS KL is so horrible. It was not well maintained. Amenities are not well kept, toilet floor leaking, cockraches are every where. Timely for pest control. The room ambience is far behind a hotel standard. Carpet are smelly, odors are bad. Glass windows are not well cleaned. Will not return to this property anymore until they do something with it.
