Bad experience in this hotel . Room smelly , mosquito inside the room. Hotel should look into this issue seriously

A very bad experience staying here, the photos shown in the app is totally not the same with the room they given. When I took the photo to the reception to ask about the room, they told us that the picture shown is not the standard room. So why put a picture of a larger room stated “STANDARD ROOM”? When I try to get the room shown in the picture, the reception told me that I need to add money to get the room, so why not? I just add the money to get the room. The first room I got was so bad, leaking pipes with a weird smell in the room, a room stated with refrigerator but the refrigerator was also missing in action, sticky floor too. So upgrading to another room is really a necessity for me. The other room is OK for me. But please don’t put a picture of a big and clean room and put it as standard room. Don’t bluff customers to book then give them a room that can be live by rats and cockroaches. One more thing for management, your receptions ( Morning and Night Shift ) Their phones are more important than customers.

I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the area, and I absolutely love it! The convenience of having a parking space right next to the hotel for just RM12 per day is fantastic. The only minor downside was a slightly musty smell in the room, but it was manageable. The shower pressure could be a bit stronger, but everything else was quite convenient. I would definitely consider staying here again, especially since my dad really values convenient parking! Please note that the ironing facilities are shared, and the iron may not get very hot. Additionally, the toiletries provided are quite basic, so remember to bring your own toothpaste and toothbrush.

The cleaning was very poor, and the place was not properly maintained. Even the windows were broken, which made the stay uncomfortable and unsafe. Very disappointed with the condition of the property

Smaller than expected. Shower is extremely moldy as seen in the picture, obviously hasn’t been cleaned in months, no chairs provided in the rooms either. Location is on a quiet street

Please do NOT book. The hotel cleanliness is an issue. I have been in shared hostels cleaner than this. Booked garden view and paid extra to get blurred glass window that can’t see through and broken window so I can’t even close at night, this was so bad cause kept waking up cause of outside cars on main road. Also, expect few lizard and few ants everyday on the sink. Again PLEASE GO SOMEHWERE ELSE AND DONT BOOK.
