nice hotel..
Near many attractive place like lalaport, time square and many more…easy to access to many place…
Pool not too large…but have very nice view…
Breakfast menu is ok…but dont have many food to choose.
Parking for guest have many space…need to pay rm8 per day.

Seriously great, just a bit pricey! Everything from the food, amenities, entertainment, views, to the service, was top-notch. It's located right in the Bukit Bintang commercial area, and the staff were really friendly. A fantastic experience! (Plus, there's a swimming pool!)

Excellent hotel located in KLCC, just 5-10 min from major attractions. Good rooms with espresso coffee machine and hot/cold water dispenser. Clean bathroom and other areas. Overall a satisfying stay and would come again.

Hotel location is near to various nice eateries. Is walkable to ICC Pudu local breakfast market which is a good place to experience an authentic, old school Malaysian-Chinese breakfast in KL. The hotel is considered clean and well equipped with what is needed in a room. However, one of our room was smelly. It maybe caused by someone smoking next door or previous guest has been smoking in the room. We got both rooms for non-smoking but yet one of it was a smelly room.

Hotel room is clean and allows extra bed which is good for 3 travellers. Walking distance to Lala port too but nearby do not have much activities

After I get the room key, I can’t open the door, (tried few times) , then the housekeeping help me to check, then just they realised the reception give me a room that already exists, and i still need to go down change a room then go up again.
Shower Hot water too hot , need to turn the water volume down for lower the temperature .
Breakfast so far is ok , multi-culture style . Stuff are great having a good manners.

Very good location, and room is big .we love the water filter type so we don't need to boil hot water. Love the view to as we stay at level 13.
