The service was extremely poor. We went there in the middle of the night and were told that the room was full. At the same time, a black man with his daughter encountered the same situation. The front desk staff looked nonchalant! After we had a quarrel, they just checked out at midnight and let us move in. The sanitary conditions were extremely poor.

The hotel is located on an alley of sorts with loads of other hotels. It seems to be located in an Indian community- early is a temple with many worshipers. Chinatown is about a 10 minute walk with loads of restaurants. The hotel is large again a bit outdated but it was explained to me this was due to covid and the hotel was closed for 3 years. The room is SMALL. For one person it is ok but for two IMPOSSIBLE! The a/c seems to be no working it never got cold! It is ok hotel for 1 night stay.

I cannot really write positive review.
The staff are lazy and not interested to work.
The room smells cigarettes although there were signs that smoking is illegal.
I do not recommend there are better places to stay in KL than this one.

Bad review, the environment is very average and the service is not what it should be. The toiletries in the entire room are just two soaps and two bath towels. There are no slippers, self-drive shampoo, shower gel, etc. When I asked the front desk for a WIFI password, I was not given one. There was only one without a password and it was very slow. The deluxe king bed room is not as good as the domestic 7-day chain.
