The infinity pool is the best, especially with KL's sticky weather. It's a bargain at this price range. The pool bar is handy for that drink with reasonable prices for the location. We had an executive room with kitchen so perfect for 3 days . The bathroom is good but no hooks for clothes or bath towels which seems strange. Not sure about ceramic soap dispensers with tiled shower floor The kitchen is nicely fitted but you need to go down on your knees to use the microwave. The room is not cleaned or towels changed in a 3 night stay. Checking in is no problem with helpful staff, but if you are a foreigner the Google refund form is a bad joke. Form requires bank IBAN & swift code. Despite the unnecessary ******* would stay here again

the place was nice and nice city view.. but got a tiny cockroach in the kitchen cabinet but its not a problem . no worries .. overall its a nice place and i used the wash machine too plus the kitchen✌🏻✌🏻 suprisingly when we enter the room the room was cold 🥶🥶🥶 Its Nice place to stay

Pleasant stay. Everything's okay. One more to add up. 1 Lift under maintenance and i suggest to checked out early to avoid waiting too long.

Very worst experience home stay ! During midnight have tenant argument but totally no guard or management to take action over it !!!! It’s make me feel very miserable can’t even have a good rest !!! when I prepare to check out only realize the front desk was totally no staff to assist it ?????? It take one of the guard to guide us how to process the checkout what a joke !!!

This is perfect for a cozy posh staycation in KL downtown but it can be inconvenient because everything is 1-few km away. The room & amenities are perfect for both short & long stay. Very comfortable bedding & room setting

Good morning KL,last day & a last shots of the beautiful views from 23rd floor of the suites I stayed. The best part ms is the bed 🛏️ really comfortable & is my first time staying in a hotels that don’t give me backaches💖Will definitely be back again @ceylonzsuites. Thanks so much for ya all friendly & attentiveness service me & son. My apologies didn’t get their names, all I remember 1 day with black headscarf I presumed she the person in-charge & another lady with bronze shoulder hair length helps me up so much & this morning I check out she already prepared my cash back🥰love it so very much. My thanks to the Chinese guy wit her this morning too whom super friendly that’s I love his attitude on how he talks to his guests,do give all this team a very great compliment from me🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩💖💖💖💖💖

The reception staff service very slow. But the room everything okay. Ceylonz have alot foreign people staying. If you like enjoy watching foreign people u can try this apartment. 😁😊😂
