Super bad customer service attitude, the pillowcases and the floor cloth are super dirty, there is no toilet paper, mineral water, toothbrushes, the customer service phone number is not answered, and finally contact trip.com to send the toilet paper and replace the floor cloth. Yes, I'm absolutely not using this room service
