Not a good experience from the moment I stepped into the unit. The place had a very strong burnt smell, air con was not cold even after 2 hours, very stuffy. Informed agent about it but nothing done. I solved the problem myself by removing the air con filter and washed it. Didn’t expect it to be so bad, once is enough..

The hotel management have no manners..they entered the home without our permission as we checked out late..the worst service provided for such a beautiful homestay

Only 3 towers provided. Air conditioning not cold enough, good shower. Guess toilet ventilation fun was so so so noisy. 1 bedroom without window. Reception do not have the sign of the hotel name as we book. So we are trying to look for the hotel name on trip.com and connot find.

The room is the best, comfortable but waiting for the elevator takes a long time to get the key, it's difficult and I don't know where I'm going. When I get to the brew counter, I want to enter it in whatapps, then I prepare rm200 in cash and I don't know when I get to the brew counter, the management is not alert.
