Arenaa Star Luxury Hotel is NOT 4 star (****) as is present in Trip.com booking webpage
Arenaa Star hotel is low budget hotel where missing a lot of fascilities knowledgement, respect, responssibillity and services
As expert and Diamond member by Trip. Com im deeply disappointed and unhappy
The Arenaa Star Hotel has 50% of rooms without windows

It was good and bad. Bad cause they didn't allow us to cancel our booking. Even if we have a valid reason to cancel it, the good thing is they have 24-hour reception, so that you can check in anytime. WE ENDED UP USING THE ROOM FOR 3-4 HOURS to not waste money.

What I liked about it : It is located near Masjid Jamek station and other places like St John Cathedral, Pasar Seni, KotaRaya, Laguna Restaurant.
: They have a luggage area, in case you already checked out and want to leave it while you are waiting for your flight and you want to go around.
What can be improved : I know that I only stayed for 2 nights, but I hope that they cleaned the room. I went out at 8AM and left a "make up room" notice, coz I wanted the trash to be thrown and refill of toilet paper and water. When I came back at around 3PM, the room is still not made up. My partner just ask reception when he arrived around 5PM.

The location is nice, close to Chinatown Petaling Street and Central Market.
The hotel was not really clean, our bedsheets were dirty and had lots of stains. No towel’s in the room, we had to request them first. Towel’s did smell badly.
We requested for hot water to be brought to our room, for tea. Hotel staff explained that we do have to boil water by ourselves, but with no kettle available in the room, not so easy. Requested a kettle, tooks them two days to deliver it to our room, only after reminding repeatedly.
Breakfast was not good either.
All in all, stay was not too good, i‘m not recommending this hotel and we are definitely not booking it again for future visits, there are cheaper options for the same quality.

The room was not very good, such as the bathroom lights, the lights in the room were dim, not bright, difficult to work with. One chair was an old office chair, the cushion was torn, and sitting lower than the mirror. Must submit when applying cream Probably won't come back to stay. The location is tricky. Far from minimart
