The pictures are all fake, the public area is very small, the room smells musty, the lights are broken, there is no hot water, the air conditioner is old and can only blow directly, the room key can open the next room, the facilities are old, don't book

Year 2023 coming doon already but this hotel just need money😓😓😓 room 5008 was like in hell no aircon no tv no kettle 💩💩 if u want make business makesure all this must be superb bcoz customer was paid not free stay **

When we arrived at the hotel there are staff sleeping at the coach, twas not a pleasant welcome. Then the room was not as advertised in the photos, dirty, safety deposit box was locked, a/c was noisy and one window has no locked. Since we arrived early morning and no energy to complaint I waited till noon to go the reception and told them my issues. They promised to move me to better room. When we comeback on the evening they have give me a new room but it was worse than what we have and ended up moving back to original room. Staff said hotel is fully booked and there is no other room. Overall terrible stay and will not be using this hotel ever again.
