This is the second time I stayed here. Like the strategic location of this hotel. Easy access to shopping malls.

The location of the hotel is very convenient and the staff are generally friendly. However, during my stay, I noticed a very unpleasant smell coming from the drain in the shower area, which made the bedroom uncomfortable to use if the bathroom door open. I hope the management can look into improving the bathroom ventilation and drainage maintenance, as it affects the overall guest experience.
The breakfast was decent but had limited variety. It would be nice to see more options and a wider selection of dishes to cater to different tastes and preferences. Overall, the dining area was pleasant, but improving the breakfast variety would make the experience much better.

Returning back because i really like their sustainability efforts and once again they didnt disappoint with their service and surprised with their welcome gift. Liked the convenience to the mall just downstairs with plenty of food choices. Will definitely come back when I am visiting.

Very nice hotel. Easily located to mid valley mega mall. Beds are comfy. Breakfast however are pretty average. Will stay again if coming to bangsar area.
