Clean hotel..spacious room ..clean toilet ..smells so good..bed very big and comfirt even double single..lobby hotel so nice..helpfull staff include kitchen staff..very good attitude..good job guys..im sure im always be there when come to kuala lumpur again..good luck ..thank you so much for very nice experience.

One of favourite hotel to stay when trip to Kuala Lumpur is Ancasa Hotel & Spa. Room very nice especially if get room view KL Tower and Maybank Building (nice view especially at night).
Almost more 10 trip to KL, will stay here. Staff very helpfull & friendly, f&b very delicious. Hotel area nearest with LRT, MRT, UTC Pudu, Petaling Street and almost just walking if want to eat at nearest kedai makan. It's less than 5 minutes to petaling street and easy to fine food nearest.Quite busy at this area.Parking RM10 for 1 night stay.Hotel strategic location.But have to improve cleanliness and have to do maintaining regularly.Because my room have leaking sink and toilet flush water non stop flowing.overall was ok..

I had stayed at this hotel a number of times but this trip was disappointing especially on room .
The cups were not cleaned . Noted stains on the cups! Soap solution was totally empty and there were no tooth brush provided !!!! Had to call house keeping to provide !!!
TV channels with limited channels. The shower tap hot water was too hot even when turn to the right and only cool off later thus wasting much water.
I like the location which is excellent !!!!

The hotel sink is too high up and the water tap pressure is super powerful that when you wash your face or hand, your clothes will be wet. Also the bedsheets are dirty causing itchiness on my body, can’t sleep in the night. Aircon leaking and a big puddle of water in the walking path to the toilet. We have to clean up in 4 am. The breakfast is not much choice and many Malay families with children are shouting across different tables when having breakfast. The staff dared not to ask them to lower down their volume. Horrible stay

We stayed in Ancasa last April 9-12,2024. Supposedly, we plan to stay there for 2 days only, but when we arrived at the hotel, it looked like a five star but cheap value for your money.
From lobby, the smell was just relaxing. The people were all nice and friendly.
We were transferred to a room with a nice view after the aircon had some malfunctioning but fixed immediately. The Manager in day shift, Ms. Mel was helpful in many ways. The experience we had were superb and for keeps!
The location was just few steps to chinatown, hop on hop off, and train station.
I will definitely come back to KL and choose the same hotel all over again.
