Not my first time coming. Love the location. Easily accessible. Made a very last minute booking. Hotel still able to accommodate to my request. Just have to improve on cleanliness n in room facilities would be lovely. Will come back again if coming to KL

Have been staying in this hotel every time i visit kl . However this time it was very dissapointing . No carpark lots upon arrival and room air con is not working . Manager on duty was not accomadating and reject guest request without even trying to understand the situation . Winnie at the reception was friendly and helpful

ห้องสภาพดี สะอาด มีอุปกรณ์ครบครัน ไม่ต้องเอาอะไรไปเลยก็ได้ ในห้องมีเตารีดผ้าให้ พนง. ทำความสะอาดทุกวัน ลำเลดี อยู่ใกล้แหล่งของกินอร่อยๆ ส่วนตัวเดินทางด้วย grab สะดวก แต่หากใครเดินทางด้วยรถไฟ ไกลจากสถานีระยะนึงแต่เดินได้ ปลั๊กบางมุมเหมือนที่ไทยไม่ต้องใช้ตัวแปลง แต่บางมุมยังต้องใช้ตัวแปลง เราพักชั้น 10 วิวโอเคเลย เช็คอินด้วยตู้คีออส ไม่มีมัดจำ ฝากกระเป๋าได้ พนักงานทุกคนน่ารักมากๆ
