Close to Alor Street night market, convenient for late night snacks! There are many choices of restaurants nearby! It’s very easy to get a car by calling Grab! Next time I go to Kuala Lumpur, I might still have the opportunity to come back and experience the folk SPA~

What a mockery, beautiful photos of the hotel with restaurant and bar, for that reason booked this hotel, at the end of the holiday, but what a disappointment, on arrival it was an old dingy hotel (rooms were fine as well as the location) without a bar and restaurant, breakfast, no warm welcome either, there wasn't even a decent reception, they should be ashamed, that they use pictures like that. This also poor price / quality ratio

Be careful with the Boutique Hotel terminology which turns out to be very misleading in this case. The hotel has neither the charm nor the level of comfort that one would expect from a "boutique hotel". At 120 E per night in Malaysia in low season we can expect another level of service, a room isolated in terms of sound (absolutely not the case, while the room overlooks a busy street), a service of breakfast absent here, and impeccable cleanliness (there the sheets, although washed and ironed, had many stains)
Fortunately the staff (when present: curiously the reception is only open a few hours a day) are very helpful and friendly, special mention to Jenny (thank you for her help and listening)
The most disappointing thing was to book a family room with a double bed and 2 single beds, and find myself in a room with 3 beds and an extra bed in the form of a folding bed usable only for a child. Deception or lack of precision when booking via Trip?
In short, the establishment seems more like a spa that is a hotel, rather than a hotel that has a spa.

service was quick and good! hotel room so so.. the water from shower head was very very small.. and a bit of mouldy smell the first step going into the room..
