I really love this hotel, especially because it’s very close to MRT Merdeka Gate A, which I like the most. Hope we can visit Malaysia sometime soon & will definitely stay again in this hotel! 🤍

Nothing much to review. Hotel is good. Staff friendly. Aircond very cold. Easier to park. Very near with MRT Merdeka Station. The downside is really hard to watch TV due to slow wifi.

The room is clean but it is near the train so it can be noisy when the train passes by. Also the soundproof is weak so people walking or talking in the hallway can be heard in the room. Good thing if you drive here, there is a flat rate parking lot for guests.

This hotel was awful. The room was dusty, dirty, and clearly not cleaned properly. Everything felt old and neglected, and the bathroom was especially disgusting. I couldn’t relax for a single minute. Definitely would not stay here again.
First night, my partner had to take allergy pill and because of the dusty room e.g TV and bad ventilation. We were given another room the second night, was being told “deep cleaning” for us. But we found out some blood stain on the bedsheet.
Other than that, MRT station just 3 mins walk.

The hotel room was spacious and clean, which made the stay very comfortable. However, there was no fridge or iron provided in the room. Overall, it’s still a good place to stay and definitely suitable for families. Plenty of parking is available as well, although it is paid parking. I wouldn’t mind coming back again

DO NOT STAY HERE.
I checked in around 3:30am after traveling for a long time. The room had cockroach in it. When I asked for another room I was told there no other option available. I had to spend the night in a room with coach roach, I ended up cleaning the room myself at 4am.
I was told someone would come thoroughly clean my room the following day to make up for it but no one ever came.
The next day I asked if my bins could be emptied and the floor be cleaned ( nothing else was necessary seeing as I had to clean the room myself ), when I got back into my room my stuff got moved around. It is not ok.
Also, booked the place mostly because it offered access to a washing machine and a dryer but please know this is not accessible to foreigners. I asked the staff for help to use it multiple times and got turned down each time.
Save yourself an unpleasant trip and do not book this place.
