Spacious room. Varieties on breakfast. Large swimming pool. Overall good.

Beautiful place, amazing lobby, people very friendly and easy approach,And walking distance to te pavilion shopping centre and to klcc Food my God, brekkie and dinner so so good , room a big size, definitely I will back to the royale chulan.teramakasi..God bless the people working there.

The room is very spacious. High ceiling, aircond very cold even though set temperature for 27 degree. Very comfortable and cosy. Things to improve: 1. Inadequate kitchen utilities in example no bowl / plate /spoon / fork provided. 2. Need to change television to at least android / smart tv.

Last minute booking. Old Hotel but still has character. Clean. Photo has no relation sorry

Close to Pavillion mall with walkable distance, Conlay MRT station. It's also just about 1km away from TRX mall.

This is really 5 star hotel! I was really amazed by friendly staff, large room, service and breakfast, so luxury hotel near pavilion by walking just 5 min! for petronas twin tower you should take taxi 10min! I’m really satisfied!

Hotel was so closed to MRT and it is easy to access. Staf was friendly

i had a very great and pleasant stay heree loved it no complains but as we want to check out the lift is not moving so got scared for a moment but we just press the open button and its open then we use other lift. everything else is great will repeat again soon

What else I need to complain ? Nothing. Everything is very good with the price given. The amenities and the room is very clean and satisfactory. Our room's view is the pool which is very nice. Will repeat it again for sure.

Such a wonderful experience! Way beyond 'service with a smile'! Suite was perfectly fresh and clean. Wonderful breakfast though missing the days when Korea and Japan foods were at the buffet . And BYOB executive lounge happy hour was one best..the only other best for Happy Hour since the pandemic is Renaissance Riverside in HCMC. Only things missing were TVs the appropriate size for their large spacious rooms. And Taxis..no waiting taxis. Grab only

Staycation one night with my small family (1 toddler & 1 baby). Check in was very late process about 20 minutes by the receptionist. Entered the room (no.337) and feel eerie / goosebumps with the room itself as i found big whole garlic behind TV cabinet. The bedsheet was slightly dirty with blood stained. Around 12.15 a.m., there’s sound made at TV area and kids became so tantrum. Breakfast was good and pool also was nice with not so cold water for kids but slightly dirty. Regretful to stay here as I thought it will be enjoyable trip due to celebrating my confinement ended and to make my toodler happy with this short trip. This hotel requires a major revamp of renovation and maintenance for hotel sustainability in the future as it has wise location for tourist spot!

Hotel 5⭐️ with good room. Cleanliness excelent. Room huge. Complete amenities including iron. Included bathtub. Near to pavillion and bukit bintang for shooping and food hunting. Staff also good attitude
