Hotel Sentral Pudu @ City Centre / Bukit Bintang Reviews

First time booking this place as it is very near to Plaza Berjaya about 5min grab ride. They have alot chairs to rest. Walking distance to many malls, eateries, gsc lalaport, Musang king. Atmosphere is very clean. Room service, Wifi, Aircon and staff customer service is tip top. They even have valet service. There is a restaurant in the hotel itself. TV only has local Msia channels. I enjoyed fm songs. Can view KL tower at a distance from our room. Booked for double room was given a twin room doesn't matter much. Overall, good holiday relaxation place. Thank you to the staff.

The worst hotel ever, in review so good 4 star but its worst than budget hotel, mcm tmpt rempit2 check in.. bilik n toilet berbau busuk, taik lipas merata, dinding crack n bocor, tingkap berlumut, i stay at level 1503..sapa ada ank nk bwk family plz avoid this hotel. Its an old building, old design, everything is old. I pay rm170 and not worthit at all, better check in oyo hotel

The room was far from spotless, which quite dirty. But the biggest issue was the heater. With the cold weather outside, a functioning heater was crucial. Unfortunately, ours wasn't even working.We contacted the front desk to report the problem, only to be met with a frustrating delay..even after the technician finally showed up, the fix wasn't permanent. The heater sputtered back to life for a brief period, then went cold again.

Worst thing is that they collect toursim tax which I already have paid to trip -and have no smoking room

Easy check in and out. No parking, old towel, need more pillows. Air conditioning make noise and need a long time to make the room cold.

Well, the location is the only benefit about this hotel. The cleanliness of the guest rooms is something that really needs to be worked on. Towels with dirty stains. And the floors are so clean that it would be better to wear slippers. Unfortunately, The "advantages" of late booking. When there are no good hotels left for our arrival dates.

Short of bathroom amenities, not as advertised and photos shown not the same. Just one bottle shower gel and two small pieces of hand soup. Room is huge but quite empty. TV channels were all snowy and only two Vision 4 channels. Overall is good with the price and can be better.

This hotel area, amenities and service suitable for backpackers.. and the food for breakfast not worth for rm25. If you got discount while booking through any apps ull feel worthit

Great place to stay and the beds are comfortable nice staff and near a lot of restaurants also near 7/11 bukit bingtang and lala port Times Square
