The bed sheets are dirty, as is the kettle. Some staff have bad service attitudes, especially the guy at the counter.

Location is near to Night Life of Alor Street and Bukit Bintang. The room is spacious, clean and beds are comfy. 10 minutes Walk to Bukit Bintang LRT station. I used to stay at this hotel everytime I come to Kuala Lumpur.

Service: OK but needs to be improved
Environment: Close to the food street and within walking distance
Facilities: Everything is okay and quite satisfactory
Hygiene: Hygiene is OK and considered clean.
Especially recommended. The street is very close to the food court.
You can basically reach your destination by walking
