Location is goo next to LRT and monorail stations.. Easy to get local foods. However, the hotel unable to provide basic amenities like shower gel, tea, coffee and sugar. Complaint to reception, he told no stocks, only availble within 1 week. Request more soaps since shower gel finish, waiting too long housekeeping not deliver to the room. Complaint twice to reception only can get more soaps.

It is a hotel that is worth the price that is very economical, where the staff are enthusiastic in providing service. especially in front of the registration counter my flight was postponed by 2 hours and he allowed me to stay until 1pm. I am grateful for their generosity. I left the hotel at the usual time do not exercise such rights, thank you.

The services was good, and I can check in early in the morning plus asked room with view without any charges, and no need deposit at all.

Rooms were run down. Toilet not flushable. Old school building hence the price. The AC automatically switches off in the middle of the night. Good luck to u if you get the windowless room.

Great service from the receptionist who honored my request for a top floor room with strong wifi which is important for working. The room is old but very clean.

Location strategic to go to attractions in Chow kit area but the hotel inside does not provides any amenities...so sad

Small room and small bed. Not recommended to 177cm tall guys or more taller than this. Double bed is small for 2 people. Air conditioning was old and noisy.

Pwtc MRT lane was walking distance from the hotel. And can walk to sunway putra mall too.
But there’s so much stain on the pillowcases and bedsheet. Besides, u need to pay EXTRA RM30 if u choose to check in early (around 11am that day).
The toilet cleanliness was so so. The building is a bit old, my room’s window was broken and cannot be closed properly.
I dunno for such price (rm120+ due to early check in) i think i can get a better room.
Just the location gave it an extra point to earn.
And with a lot of free parking spaces.
