Hotel forgot to provide towels; no toothbrush, no tv, etc. No battery for remote control of air conditioner.

Not a bad hotel with a comfortable single room and relatively clean bathroom. Nice room lighting and effective air conditioning. The location is pretty good being near metro lines within walking distance or a short taxi from KL Sentral Station.

Beware of noise from main road
Centrally located and convenient to move about even with public transport
I booked room with window.
However, come to night , endless extremely loud motorbike sound ( sound like motorbike show and racing ) even at 4AM. Booked for 2 nights and didn’t sleep on both nights due to the sound.
Will not stay again due to the noise.

Stay here for work .. staff are friendly and near to Bukit bintang. Food is everywhere but u need to check it cleanliness.

Will come back again this hotel is like our second home after melaka hahaha...staff are very good especially the frontdesk kakak that wear glass...she is very polite,humble,very freindly ...even our kids also like her..she should be promoted to become manager ...we really feel like home because of her

Steps away from Dataran Merdeka and LRT Masjid Jamek. Fast check in and out. However, the cleanliness of the room is mediocre, ants, toilets smelled, poor water pressure. Has kettle and bottled water but no water dispenser, no coffee/tea.
