Hotel ok. Hotel doesnt provide parking. So to find a parking quite hard because it is located in a busy area. Good thing have lift, suitable for old people

Clean comfortable basic room with lift access, located centrally in the Sri Hartamas "village", close to bus stop, many eateries, etc.

Horrible cleanliness and basic bathroom essentials are missing. Avoid this hotel. TV and AC , lights have no control, dirty bed covers, pillows

I booked the three-beds room with windows, but the provided room had no windows. Then they provide me with a big bed with a window, but the hygiene is bad. I booked for three days, but I left after the first day. The hotel was not willing to pay back the unused two days .
