Good location in China Town off the bustling Petaling Street. The check in is smooth. The dorm is very basic but with A/C. Wifi was good. The cleanliness of the whole place needs some improvement but is not very bad (based on my expectation). At the time of my stay, most guests seemed to be long-stay. If you are looking for a place to crash in short distance from KL Sentral, this is a good place. If you are looking for a typical hostel vibe, this is not the place.

the aircon was broken and they ask me to bear with it, I request a change of room as its their fault that their aircon is not repaired he say there will be extra charges. there were rats everywhere

The room type I ordered was gone, and I was forced to change to another room type. Changed from a 6-person room to a 12-person room, the first problem is that the room is not ventilated, the air conditioner is not cooling, and a mysterious smell can still be smelled in the air through the mask. The cleanliness of the room looks really below the line. The only biggest advantage is that it is adjacent to the famous Hindu temple in Chinatown. Unfortunately, the temple is under renovation, so you can't get incense... In addition, the location of the hotel is indeed a very convenient landmark. There are about three different systems of LRT and train stations that can be reached within ten minutes on foot. There are also many delicious foods nearby! A great choice for a different experience!

I didn't check in. This guest house is closed. But the makemytrip are still booking. This has wasted a lot of my time, loss of money due to coming from far away and has caused mental distress. As an urgency i didn't check the reviews because i believed makemytrip. I want compensation. Otherwise there is no option but to go to court.

You deceived me. Raizzy's guest house said they received no information from your end and no room was allotted for me. Refund my money as soon as possible unless i will take legal steps against you.

so many pictures of this hotels fecilities, while seeing am very happy. Becouse the pictures are very nice. When i reached here the fecilities are utterly difference. Very poor no ac, no fan, no electricity and there have lots of rat and insterts. So we don't stay there so i look to make cancel. But no way to cancel very poor. So i humbly request you to give me the refund to my account.

We had done your hotel booking but you did not give us any solution and you also received the payment from us, hence we are absolutely angry with you.

I booked this Hotel from *********** for some importantn work I didn't go to this Hotel. I send many email so manay time for refund but this Hotel Management Teams not respond me. After this they scam me. Three months after booking they Charged me extra 2 times means 1st they charged me in Feb 2023 when making booking and then extra 2 times charged my card. After a lot of Complaining to the Hotel but they even not respond me a single word. This Hotel is Totally Scam advice not book this Hotel even if you go or not they charged you and then after 3 months they again 2 times Charged Yours Card.
