This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The place was absolutely filthy, the room was extremely dirty, and the bedsheets had obvious black stains on them, which is completely unacceptable. It didn’t feel cleaned at all. The condition of the hotel is terrible. Everything looked old, rusty, and poorly maintained. To make matters worse, the door lock didn’t work properly, which is a serious safety issue. I did not feel secure staying there. On top of that, the lights in the room were not working, so I was literally left staying in darkness for most of the time. Completely unacceptable for any hotel. There isn’t even a proper lobby or reception area, which just adds to how unprofessional and sketchy the whole place feels. Honestly, this place should not even be operating in this condition. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

The check in guy took rm240 from my staff and returned only 200 claiming it was for early check in. He even avoided us when we confronted him about it. Very bad service, really dirty rooms and I will never book at this place again. One of the doors of the bedroom in the suites could not even open after it was closed, they had to come and use a screwdriver to open up.

We are family travelled from singapore. Hotel location is very convinent for SG travellers. Hotel checkin and checkout is easy. Hotel room is clean and all appliances are working. We got highfloor hotel room its nice city view. Swimming pool is very good, its 4 ft deep. Very convienent to kids and all.

Overall pleasant experience except for some decent items such as iron,dirty kettle and insufficient of socket. Nice location and convinient.

Hye guys this is ny hones review okes (8/10) i nak share sikit pengalaman i dekat Times Square Service Suites. I datang KL dengan family sebab ada event, so i decide book kat sini. Before ni i ada nampak dekat ****** orang cakap tempat ni ********, kena usik bagai, but honestly sepanjang 3 hari 2 malam stay sini tak ada apa pun 😆 I book 3 bilik, one for my mom and dad, one for my two brothers and one bilik i stay dengan my sister, semua okay je. Bilik memang besar, kemas, bersih, siap dapat bilik yang macam baru cat, i lurve sangat 😍 Semua lengkap, paling best ada meja makeup dengan lighting cermin yang on point 🤣 Nak makan pun senang, turun je bawah terus sambung dengan Berjaya Times Square. Kolam pun best, memang enjoy habis dengan family. Overall memang puas hati and kalau ada chance memang nak repeat lagi 👍 Cuma satu je minus point, parking 😭 Mahal gila untuk i yang datang dari jauh. Satu malam boleh cecah RM35++ and tu kalau keluar masuk petang je. Kalau tak keluar langsung lagi mahal. Rasa macam boleh improve sikit bab parking sebab bawah tu memang parking mall.

The homestay location is very convenient for those who want to visit Berjaya Times Square, as it’s just downstairs. The room is quite spacious, and there is an MRT station and plenty of restaurants nearby. However, the cleanliness is not properly maintained, and the towels cannot be used at all.

Great experience. Room was clean and spacious. Daily housekeeping was perfect. Nice room with city view.

Dear Management, I would like to complain about the condition of the unit I stayed in. The bed was very uncomfortable as I could feel the springs. The cupboard was old and poorly maintained, and there was no fridge provided. The toilet condition was also not acceptable. The floor was constantly wet even without using the shower, which is concerning and unsafe. Overall, the unit was not properly maintained and did not meet basic standards. I have attached photos for your reference. Please look into this matter and advise on a resolution. Thank you.

Worst hotel experience in my entire life. I know this review does not change much. But just look at the real images. They look nothing like advertised. Ceiling is cracking， door broken，couch and seats so dirty，tv dont have any angle to be viewd. And I see construction material being on the same floor with my room.
