Everything is good with hotel. Service was poor. We asked for plates and a bowl at 9 pm since we wanted to give some food to children. Till 11.30, it was not sent and that too with 3 follow up calls. Finally, it was sent at 11.45 pm ... We got busy with our stuff and thought plates will come, why is it required to be followed up for this? It was quite frustrating, every call, receptionist was telling us it's on the way ..

Our room is on the top floor with the pool view, has a king and single bed. It's clean and comfortable, equipped with a personal fridge, hair dryer, iron, and coffee set wind a 4seatee dining table with 1 office desk. The room has ample space to room.. not condensing. There is a daily cleaning service. A free daily buffet breakfast with both Malaysian and Western options. The hotel cluster has a laundry service, a mini grocery. Very near to Sunway Putra mall. Overall our experience is great. We'll recommended 👌 👍

На рецепции с вами не поздароваются. В номере грязно от слова совсем. Какие то красные пятна по всему ковру в номере. И не только. Персонал не очень понимает в своих действиях, что им делать. Размогнителся ключ, так дама с рецепции не смогла с первого раза его восстановить, да и со второго раза ничего у неё не вышло. Завтрак отвратительный. Тарелки грязные.
