Food: There are not many varieties, and it's not that awesome to talk about
Cleanliness: Aircon has cobweb
Common Toilet: Do not have toiletries holders in the shower area.
Both toilets flushing system is not good.
Common room : Do not have a mirror to dress up or cupboard to put things
There is a kitchen sink, but there is no fork spoon or plate or tea spoon or microwave to heat food.
There is no clock in the room
The door to door check out is not a good option as we need to wait for so long for the car park coupon
The restaurant for breakfast is too small.
Overall experience: This is not a 5 star standard. There is no hotel aroma.

Beautiful hotel. About 10 minutes away from central Kuala Lumpur but Grab is readily available and super comfortable. Service and breakfast not so good.

The only way to get there is by taxi, but it's not too far from the center. It's amazing that you can have such a luxurious experience for 13,000 yen per night.
The cocktails I had while looking down at the night view at the bar I had always wanted to see on Instagram were exceptional.
The interior was very nice, decorated like the Palace of Versailles.
There are also two pools, so it's fun to go in a different pool in the morning and at night.
There are several convenience stores and cafes for breakfast, so you won't have any trouble. The staff service is also good.
You can look down on the view from your room, so I recommend staying until the last minute before check-out.
