A hotel with a sleazy exterior and rotten inside! 1. The hotel's sanitation is terrible. It's really too dirty. There are stains everywhere. The sink, sheets, pillowcases, and chairs are all stained. There is a large yellow stain on the mattress that looks like a baby's urine. Isn't changing the bedding for new customers the most basic hotel service? The shower in the bathroom is so high. Is it designed for giants? Every time I call the front desk, I can't get through. I have to go there in person. The service is really inadequate. 2. The air conditioner is very loud. I have adjusted it to the minimum fan, but it is still buzzing and I can't sleep. I can only turn on the small air conditioner. The small air conditioner can't be adjusted to silent mode. It's like the wind blowing. It's so noisy that it's hard to fall asleep. 3. The sound insulation effect of the room is the worst I have ever stayed in a hotel. There is a big gap in the door. I finally fell asleep and was woken up by the crying of babies and the sound of pulling carts in the corridor. The sound of sneezing next door is like thunder, as if there is a loudspeaker installed in the corridor. Flushing the toilet can wake up the whole family. It was really too painful for a whole night. In the middle of the night, I decisively placed an order with another hotel, regardless of whether they would refund my balance or not. 4. After I communicated with the front desk, Ctrip and the hotel, the hotel still insisted on not refunding the balance! The hotel room does not meet the quality that a hotel should have. I really don’t know how the star rating comes from? But Ctrip has always been very dedicated in the communication. In the end, Ctrip unilaterally paid the balance. As an old customer for more than ten years, Ctrip’s guarantee is still very good!
