The facility felt comfortable and clean. There was also a bathtub. However, because the reservation was made at a B&B rather than a hotel, it was inconvenient not to be able to take the keys out of the key box, put them back in, store luggage, or experience the hotel front desk service.

the guy collected my deposit in cash but returned my deposit through bank in the next day. it is a risk that you will not receive your deposit. there is a smell when u come in the room.

Fraser Residence is a wonderful place to stay when in KL. KLCC is at 10 mins walk, Bukit Nanas mono rail is at 5 mins walk, in short very much reachable from all famous attractions. Room was very spacious and contained all the basic necessities like a washing machine, cooking equipments etc. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wishes to have a pleasant stay with wonderful staff and at a reasonable cost. Very clean, Spacious, and Comfortable. Great! Awesome! Perfect Stay. I always booked Fraser residence without having the thoughts to try other hotels/residences. The best beside Grand Hyatt. Their towels are clean. Rooms & Bedsheets are superb clean. The studio and one bedroom apartment are the best. :) Well recommended. Love the breakfast and the frequent shuttle bus services to KLCC and pavilion. :)

This place is nestled, in the heart of the city and you can walk easily to see the Twin tower Petronas Tower. providing a perfect blend of convenience. The accommodation's swimming pool was a true highlight. including the sauna and steam room, added an extra layer of indulgence to my stay. After a day of exploration, unwinding in these amenities was the perfect way to rejuvenate both body and mind. The attention to detail and cleanliness in these spaces were commendable.

The apartment was so huge. Check in and check out was so easy. The host was really helpfull sharing the information. The apartment has washing machine and dryer but the dryer didn't work. It has microwave too but also didn't work. Other than that everything is nice. We really loved our stay. Will be back again next time.

Excellent service and clean rooms. Quiet. Convenient location. Good amenities nearby. Responsive service. Good food nearby and centrally located. Gym is spacious. Supermarkets nearby for any provision needed.
